My friend came here for laser hair removal, Carmen did a patch test all up her leg that left her with permanent skin damage. It turned out that she was uninsured when she carried out the procedure and acted totally unprofessionally. It is outrageous that she is still open and operating so please be careful and reconsider if you are thinking of getting laser hair removal from here!

Have just been to have my nails done here and the girl who did them was so ill. I felt sorry for how ill she was as it's obviously not her fault and she did keep apologising, but telling clients how bad she feels and that she'd been sick didn't leave me feeling too great myself! My nails are fine, we'll see how long they last as she clearly wasn't on top of her game, but I can't help but think she should maybe have called in sick or been sent home. I'd rather have had my appointment cancelled than be ill myself. In the meantime, I'll be using all the anti-bacterial gel I can get my hands on!

Carmen the owner left my entire leg scarred with permanent skin damage after performing a patch test of laser hair removal on my ENTIRE leg. She took insurance out the day after this incident. After I ended up in A&E with second degree burns. I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone so I strongly suggest not letting this business have your custom as nearly a year later my skin is still damaged!

Took a trip to A&E after Carmen gave my friend burns to her leg that have resulted in PERMANENT skin damage. Not doing this poor review as revenge or a vendetta, but if this would have been someone’s face scarred for life then that’s heartbreaking to think. Carmen was uninsured to carry out this procedure and clearly didn’t have the correct skills either. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible. The fact that she still practices here shows she has no remorse and I want to warn the people of Sheffield that if they want laser hair removal then go elsewhere!!

This is my new barber. I'll come here for as long as I'm in Sheffield. Barbers are all so nice but i go with Paul as we get along and have a good talk. Never had a problem and I am usually quite picky with barbers. Definitely recommend this barber if you're looking for a new one or just unsure who to go for.

Got a skin fade cut from Sarah she did a great job and didn't just rush to get it done quickly which was nice, one of the best cuts I've had would definitely go again
