My partner had a last minute wash and blow dry with Mags. She hasn’t stopped raving about the knowledge and skill of the stylist. Her hair looked amazing and she’s now thinking about regular visits - and we live in West Sussex!

The lady who cut my fringe was very pleasant- however she cut into my hair (only on one side ) and it was honestly the worst fringe cut I’ve ever had. I paid £10 for it and it should have been quite simple but with the best intentions I think she made my hair so, so much worse.

As ever wonderful hair salon. Remains the best in Glasgow. I have being going for many years and today had the privilege of taking my one year old son for his first haircut. He was treated like a prince and got a smashing first haircut. And as usual Michael one of their top stylists did a fab job with my hair. Can't recommend them enough.

Received a voucher for Christmas which I only managed to use Saturday the 9th of October. Sadly due to Covid I had to re-schedule on two occasions, that salon were incredibly supportive. Taylor and his team were pheunominal. I had the most amazing experience, really love my new hair style, left the salon feeling a million dollars. Would really recommend this gift voucher/experience for a loved one for a special occasion.

Worst experience ever. Quoted £80 at consultation and charged £250 on the day. Took my daughters phone and coat hostage until she lifted more money from cash machine. Horrible nasty rude people and my daughter had to gave her hair properly redone next day. So many people have told us about the horrendous experiences they had there too. Example of greed overtaking service. They have lost so many customers they now have to overcharge. Sad situation to be in

My partner Contacted Taylor Ferguson to cancel her appointment due to feeling unwell. She did so about an hour to the appointment as she had been in bed all morning not feeling well and asleep. On contacting the salon she was net with very poor quality customer service. The woman was verbally aggressive towards her and basically gave her a lecture down the phone about contacting an hour to her appointment, during a pandemic. This is not the kind of responce you'd expect from a presumably high quality salon. Bitting someone's head off because they couldn't make an appointment is ridiculous and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon due to poor customer service.
