Thanks for your message but I would have thought that If you were remotely interested as to why I left a one star review you would not have waited 2 months to enquire why!! That says a lot about your customer service in itself. Basically you had a car to repair that took you 7 months to attend to. Its all very well Kia offering a lengthy warranty but stands for nothing if it takes 7 months for a part to enable the repair.

Really enjoying using Tates Kia, i have been a customer for years and about 4 cars later im still welcomed with warmth and a nice cup of tea. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Top marks

We are now on our 2nd car from Kia Pyecombe. On both visits they had amazing stock at reasonable prices. Staff are always friendly and always willing to help you get the best deal.

I gave one star due to Kia's dishonesty. Repair is covered under warranty, service plan exists so no additional cost there. However the honesty and integrity of Kia is very questionable. My sunroof got fixed in the first service last year then stopped working 6 months late and has not worked for past 6 months. This was mentioned when giving the car in for service. When returning the car later that day they said there was not problem with the sunroof it works fine, they had the choice to admit they had fixed it or deny it so they don't have to register it as an issue which only adds to the known manufacturing issues. They chose to lie. 2 weeks later guess what ? the sunroof is not working again. Dishonest people and companies must be named and shamed.

Took my Lease Vehicle for annual service. Very good, kept informed and happy with the staff and feedback. Would happilly reccommend their service.
