Excellent service. Always helpful staff and welcoming. We purchased from them and it went extremely smoothly. Lovely presentation when you collect the car!. Vehicle service was excellent. Courtesy car easily arranged. Everything prompt and on time. Tracking available which is useful. Car was cleaned too.
Polite staff and very helpful. I will give them 5* if they give me a good trade in value lol

I can’t recommend it enough, they were very accommodating and flexible with my appointment as I had to postpone at very last minute, the car was serviced flawlessly and overall very professional and pleasant to deal with them. A+++++
To be honest I don't give 5 star ratings as that suggests no improvements can be made, which I don't think should be the case. We should always be trying to do better :)

We went for oil and oil filter change and they simply did not change the oil filter, the oil was all black after a couple of miles after driving away. When we went back to complain about this and even though we mentioned that my husband is a mechanic and he knows the signs of an oil filter not being changed, they still tried to convince us that in a diesel car it is normal to have the fresh oil turn black straight away after being changed. Funnily enough we had the oil and filter changed one week later and the oil was nice and clear even after driving more than 15 miles. I never thought this could happen in such a well known garage. So disappointing to be lied in the face like this... humiliating, honestly. They did not even say that they would investigate on their side, or apologize in any way, just being defensive and dismissing everything we said. I would just want to know how many times they can get away with this because nobody is checking...
