I really like the online system and feel that it traiges queries well. I have been offered prompt appointments or telephone advice when needed and have only good experiences with the drs and nurses. However, if you need to call or make an appointment in person it is very difficult to get past the reception team who do not seem to triage and can be quite rude.

Yes I have to agree with all I have read on the reviews page I am afraid to say. I mean there are things my Dad won’t go out to do and yes he has cataract’s and adding to that his hearing is really quite poor aswell and if something happens and he does not ring a GP receptionist or somebody through not knowing weather or not he can hear is a very sad thing indeed.I have rang and they do have my Dad’s consent through hearing on the phone for me to speak on his behalf and get many things sorted out but one of these receptionist’s has not got back in contact about many issues I have raised them through calling and going down there and talk to them face to face and if only Peter Dads hearing was good enough or as clear as a bell enough to hear a pin drop then I would imagine he would make more phone calls out to people that he knows or not know Family, a friend, for utilitie bills etc ok so that’s what I want to leave with you.

The new service is terrible. I don't even have the option to ring them in person to make an appointment. Online form required email and phone number. We received a confirmation that its dealt with and on the day we got a message telling us via mobile phone that the appointment is cancelled. We didnt even know that we had one. When I finally got through they confirmed the new date and its a phone consultation at 9. half an hour later we are still waiting for a phone call. For repeated prescription we left a message, no one confirmed that they received it. There is no personal contact anymore these days and that is sad in itself.
