Thank you so much for dropping my medication off to me so late in the evening I really wasn't expecting that level of service and it is very much appreciated.

Waiting time appalling!!..some sort of routine is needed ! Staff are running around like headless chickens or totally ignoring waiting customers!! My cuz waited an hour for her prescription and all she heard was customers having a go at the already stressed staff !! Come on managers if you don't want. Us in your gaff then close the doors ..spare your staff the abuse they have to endure

Refused medication today due to it being midweek and not the weekend when I tried to purchase replacement meds. I am waiting for my prescription to be delivered and due to delays have been left without. Tried to get the doctors but would have to wait aswell. I Was refused and given that excuse as pharmacy policy. After reading the reviews on here I am not at all surprised. The pharmacy manager refused to speak to me when requested after questioning the made up policy. The staff are rude and literally couldn't care less. The fact that you have to queue for 10 to 15 mins on a good day and the barrier still in place from covid restrictions tells you all you need to know about the management of this pharmacy. It could not be anymore unwelcoming and borderline hostile. Avoid at all costs and use the pharmacy in wilton which is friendly and welcoming.

Absolute nightmare getting an appointment. On site Pharmacist isn't available to see anyone and you still have to queue in the carpark to collect prescriptions. This is the reason why accident and emergency hospitals are overrun.

While I fully appreciate that there is a ripple effect from covid and a high demand, the wait time for the pharmacy is shocking. Waiting a minimum of 20 minutes for a prescription that should be ready for collection is unacceptable. I collect regularly for an elderly neighbour and the time I have spent waiting unnecessarily is shocking.
