Just had a porch built on the front of our house. Absolutely delighted with the result. Ian talked us through everything beforehand, and everything was done as promised.Bricklayers, fitters and electrician have all been brilliant - hard workers, and all work left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend this firm.

We wanted our bay window converting to patio doors. From initial consultation to completion the process was smooth. We were initially given a really good quote on price. However, we wanted a more bespoke installation, in keeping with our period home, so we had to pay more for what we wanted. Making the doors did not take too long. On the day of installation the men worked very hard to get the doors in, and secure in one day. Then they tidied up after themselves. Plasterer and joiner then made return visits to make good, filling in holes and refitting skirting board. I love my new patio doors.

I don’t like to make bad reviews as I know if can effect sometimes good companies negatively, however it’s been over 3 months and it’s been a tad irritating. We live quite a journey away from the house we’ve recently bought, therefore all contractors we are asking round, are most likely going to be the ones to do work as we do not have to make pointless trips and waste fuel. I contacted the team early September and someone came out to quote, he was really friendly and helpful however the follow up was non existent. I called the office a week after as we hadn’t received a quote yet. I was told that everyone was on holiday and would return October 25th (2-3 weeks later) but he would get someone to call me. I waited until the 28th and no call I called again and left a couple of messages / emails and no response. I finally got though to a lady who advised the gentleman who initially came out was on an appointment and would call back. After a couple of days and no call, I called the team again and got through to the gentleman who we’d met previously, he explained that theirs low shortage on certian products which is the reasoning for the delay, however we hadn’t formally received a quote or instructed them to do works at this point, so I can’t understand why this was an present issue. He informed me he would send a quote over shortly, another 1-2 weeks have passed and nothing. I decided to contact numerous other window companies on trust a trader (one of which was conveniently tailormade windows again, I didn’t mean to contact them for a second time, however they were at the top of the list therefore were automatically sent my enquiry) within 20 minuets of making the enquiry I received an email asking what date and time they could attend and that they would be happy to help. I responded to the email advising of the attendance back in September and shocker… no response. If you don’t have time to do the work or follow up with a quote, please don’t waste my time by coming out in the first place. Please also do not ignore me, id of rather you said your unavailable to do work whilst at the property rather than me chase you for 3 months. Their follow up and customer service is not of a good standard and I would stay away unless you have endless hours to chase them up. Even then I doubt you’ll get a response or help, however worth a shot if your desperate.

Great service and a 5 star rating was my first review for this company, however I must change my review and rating. The after care service is shocking , my front door lock broke after only a few months of fitting I phoned the company and very rude and abrupt lady didn’t care , nothing she could do as it’s a bank holiday? I had to phone out an emergency locksmith and sort it myself. Also a faulty window pane was fitted , called the company again and again and promised numerous times someone was coming to fit a new one finally today after week’s of phone calls it’s in This company is a take you well earned money and run and I would not recommend them the only good point hence the one star is that the fitters are a brilliant bunch

Fabulous from start to finish. From Ian coming to visit to chat through our initial enquiry of new kitchen, bathroom, windows and doors to the end of the project, nothing was to much trouble. We are thrilled with all the work, it's made our home into such a beautiful and comfortable place. All the tiny details were looked after and all the guys who worked on it were fab. Felt like we'd lost friends when the work was finished - wouldn't hesitate to recommend you and in fact already have numerous times!
