Tailored Carpet Care manchester

Recently had a carpet fitted by Tailored Carpet Care and can't fault the fitting or the quality of the carpet. However, the state they left my house in was completely unacceptable. It took us nearly three hours to get the place sorted when we got home. Our bed had been taken apart, our mattress in another bedroom, our babies cot moved to another bedroom, large pieces of furniture moved and not put back, none of the doors had been put back on, the babies door had been left on but now couldn't be opened or closed because the carpet was too thick. Piles of nails and screws left around. Sharp pieces of metal had been left on the floor - they knew we had a baby, cat and dog so this is just pure laziness. We had a skip on the drive for other ongoing work - they filled this with all of their rubbish because they were too lazy to go to the tip themselves making the skip over flowing. We couldn't even get into the bathroom because they'd piled up doors in there that they couldn't be bothered to put back on. We rang Ged the next day and he was completely uninterested, didn't offer to come and sort it and just said he'd have a word. On this service alone, I wouldn't use them again and now can't/won't recommend them to anyone.

Great place to get carpet and vinyl. Good choice, advice, pricing and fitting. Ged is a lovely guy and Henry, who fitted our carpet, did a brilliant job. 100% recommend.

Reasonable price. Turned up on time and did a great job; a more thorough clean than I've had done elsewhere before. Pleasant people to deal with and I would happily use them again.

These guys were really good. They did a really thorough job. I couldn't believe they moved the furniture so easily! They were polite and courteous and I thought it was really good value - a very fair price. Booking them was easy and they turned up when they said they would. Carpets looked fabulous afterwards.
