Cars are great but customer service was lacking. Phoned to try test drive V60 as its on list as a company car, told not interested. Then went into showroom & no one approached myself when I was looking at V60. Nice car, shame no one is making an effort for myself to place an actual order.

Used this dealership three times now, twice for service and once for warranty repair. Always professional and genuinely nice. They always explain exactly what they've done. The service advisers won't blag their way through explaining what's being done - they let the techs talk to you and explain everything if they need to. The likes of Mercedes, Audi and Land Rover need to take note that this is how a service department should be run.

Very pleasant sales people. I had arrived at the showroom just a few minutes before it was due to close. Despite that I did not feel hurried and my questions and requests were all dealt with professionally and with courteously. Thank you

My Car Was Recalled & The Only Waiting Appointment They Had Was 1st July, However Due To My Work Commitments Liz Got Me Squeezed In Today & Had Everything Done In A Matter Of Hours! Even Got A Valet! Reminded me of dealing with QuikFit. Bad advice given and a misrepresentation of facts. My mothers car was recovered and taken into Taggarts in Glasgow. While some of the work was carried out under warranty the garage also found another fault with the car during their 'health check'. My mother asked directly if the car was unsafe to drive and it was implied to her that indeed the car was unsafe. In other words she had no option but to pay this garage to get the work done because she believed she couldnt drive the car away from the garage. This was simply not the case. The repair was expensive and the implication about the car being unsafe meant my mother didn't get quotes from elsewhere. We have since discovered that she was could have had the work done cheaper elsewhere and that indeed the car would have been fine to drive in the short term. Although the work was done to a good standard, and as a good will gesture they took 10% off the bill, I don't feel like this was compensation enough as she was very much manipulated into allowing them to do the work and has effectively spent more than she should have. Personally I wouldn't trust this garage or use them again. It's not what I expected from a reputable company like Volvo and I find it sad that underhanded sales techniques are used to hit targets.

The service we received was outstanding from the very beginning of the process. Stephen Galbraith our sales executive kept us updated throughout which we really appreciated. Nothing was a problem for Stephen as he has such a nice pleasant manner which as a customer gives you confidence and confirmation you have made the right choice. He always went the extra mile to make you feel special and valued. The little surprise extras when we collected our new car gave us the total WOW factor. A special thank you to Ian and David the business managers also the reception staff as they were very welcoming. This was our first experience with Volvo and can honestly say it was the best sales experience we have had from any business! I (Jed) have worked in sales for over 30 years and know what it takes to keep the customer happy which was achieved here plus the rest! Excellent service by Taggarts even though I didn’t buy my car from them. Received my car one day later than expected (that’s no biggie) but was so impressed by the service level. They did more than fix the issue raised with the car and went above and beyond to revert the car back to excellent driving condition (in my case, lubricated my brake and now it is so velvety smooth I am enjoying the car a lot more!) Thank you so much Taggarts, highly recommend and will return again if need be!

Just purchased my new Volvo from Taggarts Volvo in Glasgow. The service from all concerned and in particular Abbie Murray was excellent. Everything was done very professionally with no issues and the car was delivered on time and exactly as ordered and I am delighted it my new car. This is my fifth Volvo and they just seem to get better and better.

From start to finish, Stephen has been absolutely fantastic with his attention to detail and client care. Stephen really went the extra mile in all aspects of this transaction - from personal updates to added extras, Stephen made the entire experience a breeze and he has been a real pleasure to deal with. No hard sell, no salesman lean just continually high quality service.
