We went into Taggarts almost as an after thought when considering an SUV, my wife really wanted to replace her Q5 with another one! However, we absolutely loved the F Pace Chequered Flag as soon as we drove it. Equally important was the superb service we experienced from the salesman. Alan McFadden, in a completely understated way, helped us make our minds up that this was the car we should buy and 26 hours later we left their showroom the proud owners of a new F Pace. His knowledge of the marque and the information he gave us to help make the decision was excellent. Thank you Alan.

My car has had faults from new . Three years later still not fixed. I can never get a courtesy car in a timely manner it’s always weeks and weeks of waiting. To make matters worse when my car goes in here within 24 hrs it seems to develop some other fault. If I could sell the car I would but who would buy a car with problems? I could cry, I wish I’d never bought a jaguar and now spend so much time at Taggarts I hate it .

We bought our car here and they really look after you. The salesman was very knowledgeable and found us the car we were looking for (with the specifications we desired). We were not going for a brand new car but we managed to get what we were looking for in terms of spec. The box of shortbread given to us when we bought our car was a nice touch. It didn't last long in our house as the shortbread was so delicious.

Booked my car in for a service online, dropped it off the night before to avoid heavy traffic in the morning and arranged for it to be picked up at 15.00hrs following day. I received a video message showing the technician walking under the car highlighting all areas of the service check and pointing out any faults ...none yeh....the service provided by Taggarts was by far the best I have received, very professional and courteous throughout. The showroom has all the latest models allowing you to peruse at leisure and dream of your next Jaguar, all in all a very pleasant experience and car ready for collection at 15.00hrs.

Process to set up the test drive was straightforward. Had to reschedule and was called back within 10 minutes. Other dealers weren't as good at getting back! Sales contact was Mark Stewart who answered all the questions I had and who made the whole process really easy. Particularly liked the online process for signing as this helped to move the transaction along quickly and smoothly. Can't speak highly enough of Jaguar Hillington and their customer service.

When we arrived at Taggarts as arranged at 9.45am it took around 15 minutes to gain entry as there were 6 or 7 cars being dealt with. We assume this log jam was not of Taggarts making as we have encountered delays like that before. It would be nice to be able to get a coffee before making our way back home which for us is a 25 minute walk and an hours train ride away. Slavish obedience to rules is not my forte!!

This was the fourth time I had to visit your dealership for this issue, you charge me for the time you work on my car but I do not have the same luxury to charge you for the time I have to take out of busy schedule for all my return visits. Four times the same issue and then you decide to change the horn. On one occasion I had the repeat issue of the horn not working and it coincided with the car being in for a new tyre, I was told you had cleared the fault codes and that it was fine, I foolishly forgot to try the horn in the dealership but when I tried it some 200m from the dealership it was not working. Effectively the dealership put me and my car back on the road in a car that was not road worthy as it would have failed an MOT. "Not a good advert for Jaguar or one of it's dealerships".
