5/ 5

Having been dealing with chronic pain for years, I've found it hard to get a good massage therapist to release tense muscles in problem areas. Jodie was brilliant, effectively relieving the tension and giving me some mobility back and showing me some stretches I can do myself to mitigate pain and tension. She's also very professional and has the training to back it up. Has a great little studio and has great pricing. Highly recommend and will be coming back.
