Impossible to actually see a dentist due to poor appointment management on the front desk by rude and obnoxious 'computer says no' receptionist. No customer care skills whatsoever. My partner has had 2 appointments cancelled at short notice by them, and I have been given an appointment time over the phone to arrive and be told I have the wrong time. No apologies offered on any of these occasions. If you actually want to see a dentist go somewhere else.

Dreadful dentist. Was rude, belittling and completely devoid of any sympathy for someone in obvious pain. Dentists wonder why people don't go when you treat them like this! The ladies on reception were lovely though.

The receptionists are fine to me. They are nice and try to arrange the appointment properly (although the appointment was delayed sometimes due to the dentist) but the dentist is a big problem of this dental centre. I has been cared by Dr Joseph Michelow, the old man with difficult-hearing voice. He spoke so softly that I could not hear him well. I asked him again and he responded back to me quite impolitely: if you don't know English, bring your translator. He was also quite impatient with me. He suggested some solutions to do with my teeth, and when I was thinking what I should choose, but he did not let me think, just kicked me out of the room: go home and think, come back when you decide. That's not the way of caring a patient from a normal doctor/dentist. I hesitate to see and care by him again although I want to make treatment with my teeth.

I’m so disappointed in this dentist. Firstly the receptionists are just plain rude. They put the phone down on you when you try to call. Turn their back on you when they speak to you?! The place itself is so run down and tatty and feels so sad inside. The worst part is I was taken off the books for no reason at all in December 2020 and then had to wait over 6 months for another appointment due to covid. Once I got my appointment 6 months down the line it was then cancelled with no call to say why and I had to wait another month. They haven’t been able to adapt to the covid situation at all. My tooth had obviously gotten really bad by the time I finally got seen to the dentist. He was quite apologetic and bless him he must be under quite a lot of stress, both him and his assistant were lovely. But to be honest the quality of work done was really poor. He hit a nerve as he went too deep causing pain in my tooth for over two weeks which I did not need when moving house. This also caused an abscess on the side of my jaw. I now have to get root canal because of this which I am paying privately elsewhere because I just can’t trust this place anymore for my dental treatments.

The rudest receptionist in town. Unbelievable. They were rude before COVID but they have taken it to the next level. The dentist and dental nurses are lovely however.

My daughter has had treatment and I cannot thank the staff enough. She is 12 and was so nervous. Staff from greeting us at the door, reception, dental nurse and dentist all reassured her and the place is so positive and calm. Wonderful staff
