Sam and James did a white glove delivery Excellent service, I would recommend this as they were clean fast and courteous. They brought in my bed, consciously into the room; assembled the bed efficiently and removed all rubbish. The bed was of high quality.

Poor Customer Service & Expensive Shipping Charges Contacted Sweetpea & Willow using their online chat to enquire about shipping cost for a pendant light. Told it was free shipping for this item. Placed the order and paid for the item. Received an email the next day requesting and additional £75 for shipping. Had to cancel the order and took over a week to get a refund. Very poor customer service.

Great service as always. The delivery team (James & Steve) were punctual, polite, covered their feet and hands before coming into the house and were most efficient. We are delighted with our new furniture - just as before.

We ordered 6 beds for our new guest wing in our family business and they are all absolutely beautiful. The delivery team of Caleb, Steve, James and Adrian were all super helpful and did a great job. Can't recommend Sweetpea & Willow enough!

Delighted with the service received. I had a query re an item I needed quicker than the stated delivery on website. Ernie from customer service was super helpful and arranged for it to come in the timescale needed, keeping me informed and ensuring the item arrived when I wanted. Delivery driver was also friendly and helpful, bringing the heavy items to appropriate room. I’m immensely happy with the products themselves and would highly recommend this company both from a customer service and product perspective.

Sweetpea and Willow have proven themselves to be flexible, helpful and customer focused. After a couple of purchases that were perfect we had an issue with a damaged table, which was delivered by one of their 3rd party couriers. They couldn't have been more professional or helpful, the table was collected (and dismantled) by their own drivers (Terry & Andy) and taken away. We ordered replacement items which were again delivered by their own drivers, the same team. From customer service to delivery I can't fault them, but importantly when something did go wrong they didn't quibble or question , they just got it sorted. A well deserved 5*.

Hello Sweetpea & Willow. I placed an order months ago for two bedside tables. One arrived. The other didnt. I understand there are issues within the industry getting hold of things I am an interior designer, the issue I have is their customer service is for want of a better word DIRE! I have had to chase this constantly - no-one is in touch with me at all. I have been offered delivery of the one table which is pointless as they were ordered as a pair and I have explained this . Was told by customer service it would be in for September hopefully. NO updates whatsoever unless I chase them. All I am told is that they will check and then they do not get back to me. Barry in customer service is more helpful and response but hey .. Barry - I still dont know what on earth is going on. Sweetpea and Willow need to sharpen up their Customer Service! No idea if this table will even turn up this year the way things are going. Pretty fed up!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Brilliant customer services and delivery. Will definitely be back
