Fabulous new cafe in Salisbury, specialising in Swedish fare. Very smart, delicious (and unusual!) food and drink, a warm welcome from the thoroughly charming owners. Particularly well set up for families. Not to be missed!

It was fantastic. There is a play area so children can play happily, leaving the adults to enjoy a coffee or some of the very yummy food. There was a good balance of people in there and not just mum's with children. The cafe is peaceful and they support people with allergies meaning I could enjoy my food when I went without worrying about a reaction

I cannot say enough good things about this place. V friendly Swedish owner has four small kids and it is perfect for bringing little ones - loads of toys in a play area you can close off and watch them from a table or via a video / screen, a couple of old school Nintendo’s (proper ones not game boys) for the bigger kids, and if you’re Scandinavian and hankering after salt liquorice or other delights, they sell those too. Hot drinks (tea/coffee), bacon butty, and pastries were all good - even had a gluten free cinnamon roll for the Coeliacs. Highly recommend!

I was really excited about ordering from Swedish Den, however the size of jumbo hotdog was far from jumbo. Children's meal was probably bigger. The food is yummy but not really worth its price

Such an enjoyable place, especially with small children. There is a small and safe lovely play zone tucked in a corner. The atmosphere is so relax. Highly recommended it. I have yet to try the Swedish meats balls!... my next trip there ;-)

The resurant was empty when we arrived understandable with the current situation. But no members of staff were about to greet us, when we got to the counter we didn't get a warm welcoming reception. My partner and I both had the same meal I asked for no mustard when the food came out they both had mustard. It was a mediocre meal at best, a frankfurter sausage a couple of meatballs cut in half with a slice of melted cheese very disappointing for £15.90. Wouldn't go back sadly as we do like to support small local businesses.
