*Updated/Edited, as previously I didn't write anything, just clicked on the stars. This now needs context given the response from the Business Owner (see below). I was a first time customer, I bought 3 session pass 3 day detox juice and sauna package. Didn't see the fine print that sauna sessions had to be used within 9 days of booking. Enjoyed my first session, booked a second but cancelled when I started feeling light headed (you know - juice fast, summer...). Then a few days later I realised I couldn't rebook as remaining two had expired. I emailed them to ask if they would consider extending. Then got a series of emails in the tone similar to the below. Factually a lot of the below is inaccurate - but it's not worth the energy. Small businesses are entitled to lawfully enforce terms and conditions in the way they wish. Customers are allowed to ask about the conditions, and give respectful feedback. But you aren't entitled to breach data protection laws & make threats against your customers ...
