Best studio around MK for sure. Top quality teachers and a really nice community of people πŸ˜„ there's a good mix of classes and they're always open and friendly! On demand classes are also a big plus for when you can't get into the studio πŸ™ŒπŸ»

After coming in contact with someone covid 19 positive I had to cancel my booking, after speaking to

After coming in contact with someone covid 19 positive I had to cancel my booking, after speaking to reception it was clear that sweat yoga does not care that you legally have to isolate, if you do not cancel you booking 24 hours before then you have lost your session. It promotes people to go in when they should be isolating and it is a very unhealthy attitude in this current climate. Edit: I did not ask for a refund, all i wanted was to move my session to a further date for when I return after isolation. There's no possible way of knowing your going to make the session or not as covid won't tell me in advanced will it?...
