They have some nice stock and friendly staff. Always worth a visit if an anniversary is coming up.

Utterly dissapointing customer service - would not even entertain replacing too small a ring with a size bigger one (wedding anniversary present) and even tried to force us to buy sth much more expensive instead. Rather shameful!

I have been in the store 3 times in the past week to purchase a product but despite an abundance of staff, I have been ignored each time I went into the store. Sometimes people who entered after I had received service while I stood and waited. It would have been my first purchase in the store but as it is I doubt I'd bother returning to the store or recommending it to anyone I know.

Not as much choice as i would have liked butbstaff are very attentive and quality of product speaks for itself.

Had queues to get inbut well worth the wait the manager was so nice and nothing too much trouble 😃 ended up buying the most expensive ring from my choice 😅

A very friendly man called Chris answered the phone to me , he was very helpful, found the item I wanted, even told me where to park and find the store as I was coming from England.
