I was bought a beautiful ring from Swarovski when my daughter was born. Sadly, it has been replaced three times by both the Brighten store or Kingston store. The crystals regularly fall out of the ring despite me being so delicate & careful with it. Luckily the ring came with a years warranty, so I didn’t have to pay for replacements. But the sentimentality of the ring has now gone. My third & final replacement ring has three Swarovski crystals missing, so sadly I no longer wear it. The second piece of jewellery from Swarovski, was bought for me when I had a miscarriage. It was a stunning angel wing pendent & chain. The chain broke in half, despite me being extremely careful with it & following all the care instructions provided. Again, it’s now a piece I cannot wear & to have it repaired would cost me. Two pieces of highly sensitive, sentimental jewellery - both beautiful to look at but the physical wearable quality is quite poor. I have been a life long admirer of Swarovski & continue to be, but I shall not purchase jewellery from them again.

Crystals have come out of my bracelet which has been exchanged twice already! Customer next to me at the till also had the same problem with a necklace she had too. Avoiding this store and brand completely as I don’t trust the product to last long at all.

Very disappointed one of the diamon in my mums earrings came off and I try to take it back they won't change it. I felt embarrassed as I gave it to her as a birthday present not good quality in my opinion

Just want to say a massive thank you to the girl who helped my son today .... he was buying something for his girlfriend.. he has bad anxieties and she was so so helpful .... thank you again .. it made his shopping experience a lot easier ....

I purchased a watch at the Brighton Churchill Square store for my wife a couple of years ago. We popped into the branch to get a replacement battery recentlyand was informed " Sorry can't replace the battery we will need to send the watch away and that will be £25!! If you do take it to another jeweller it will void your guarantee" I have bought items from Swarovski for many years but no longer. Taking Joe public for granted is not my way of customer service.so I won't be purchasing anything from Swarovski again
