I went to see Sarah at Swansea Reflexology during my pregnancy, for general relaxation, pregnancy preparation, and to deal with some common pregnancy issues. I certainly came away feeling calm, confident and relaxed about the labour, and she gave me a couple of hits and tips of things to do myself at home. I loved her approach, and she was happy for me to ask questions and be inquisitive about the therapy, or just sit back and close my eyes! I ended up doing the later for most of the session, but also came away with some really interesting and intreating points about my feet, which explain a lot about certain aspects of my personality! Utterly fascinating. I would highly recommend a session with Swansea Reflexology!

My first reflexology with Sarah was lovely. I had no idea what to expect and was very pleasantly surprised. It made me feel very relaxed, the pain I experience daily in my wrist seemed to disappear for a few days and is now certainly less than it was. I will definitely be booking a further appointment with Sarah.

Thoroughly enjoyed the baby reflexology and so did my little one as he was always so relaxed afterwards. Using the techniques I learnt have helped with his wind and I love using the calming butterfly strokes. Would highly recommend this class 😊
