Been having cryo for 9 months now but was interrupted by lockdown so restarted this week and plan on having 5 sessions back to back to kick start things then revert to 10-12 day intervals. Cryo really helps with my knee injuries/recovery and helps mild arthritis. Sleep is great too!! Cryo no doubt benefits many aspects of people’s lives but until you try it, you won’t know the benefits. Friendly staff and great atmosphere!! Prices are good, especially when buying 4 or 5 session packs..

I follow the “Wim Hof Method” to help with anxiety issues and I thought cryo would be a good extension to this. It has been better than I thought and I will be keeping it going at present and not just for the treatment. You get a lovely welcome and the friendly atmosphere created makes you feel like going back. Thanks Emma, Taylor and Anna

I thoroughly enjoyed my whole body cryo session. The first one was a freeze with a friend and my friend and I had a massive laugh while we were frozen but I slept like a legend that night and noticed my CTS (Carpal Tunnel Syndrome) was very much improved. I went again and I am completely sold. This is an excellent therapy for both my body niggles and my mental health, helps to clear the cobwebs and align my thinking properly. Cannot rate highly enough.
