Its About Miss Ruhina Patel. A few days back They have done my tests my cholesterol level was high GP referred me to Miss Ruhina Patel after One month appointment. I went to see her today morning at 8:30 am even though I finished worked late night I managed to wake up early. She asked me to come room 6. I went in and the first thing come out from her mouth is I don't know why you come to see me. She asked me why you came to see me I said I don't know I believe its something to do my test results. She said yes your Cholesterol is high are you willing to change your life style if not you shouldn't be here should ingnore this appointment. Her behavior was very rude sound proper ignorant. I realised something is not right here either she doesn't know what is her job or she need phycologist. I still don't know why Doctor referred me to her and why she is there NHS should avoid hiring these kind of people who doesn't even know what is her job and for what she is there for. Its a complete waist of NHS money. In other word Tax Payer money and I am a tax payer. Should tell her to go home and stay there for ever as we don't need you.

One of the finest GP surgeries in the North West their services are very professionally maintained the GPs are very caring and giving their best to look after their patients on a regular basis especially Dr Maitrayee Arya, Dr Mohomed Choksi and Dr Paul Nixon. I cannot thank them enough for all their efforts. Thank you very much.

Appalling. No care for patients and Dr choksi and the nurse Alison in particular making patients feel like they are not valued. Making elderly people go from room to room to look for their appointment, and being unbothered when asked. No care in the world.

One of the worst medical practices in history. Nurses are careless and majority of doctors are outright rude. Will be taking this further due to the amount of stress and anxiety caused on those close to me being affected by the staff of this surgery.

The Nurse practitioners and GPs are excellent but the reception staff are rude. They have no understanding and after explaining something to them they still can not provide a good service. The reception staff have poor communication and people skills.

As much as I love this GP the receptionists are absolutely rude! They need to learn basic customer service. They talk over you and speak in a very condescending manner. Very very disappointed. Telling me I have to pay for a urine sample collection at the pharmacy for my antenatal appointments?! I don’t even have to pay for prescriptions or dental treatments, why should I pay for a urine sample when I was advised I can collect it from the GP?! Sort your receptionist’s customer service skills out.
