The dentist's attention to detail was exceptional. I required two sessions firstly to have the old crown copied and decay beneath removed and secondly for the new crown to be made and then fixed in place. Much drilling and constantly checking to get everything 'spot-on' correct and then tidying up so that I was totally happy. The dentist is a real professional who clearly took great pride in his work and was willing to spend the time necessary to ensure everything was right, and explained what needed to be done. I was well impressed with Portslade Old Village dental surgery and the skill he exhibited. I can't recall his name but he is Lithuanian and I rate him 100%+. Trevor H..

Receptionists are always smiley and welcoming. I receive free treatment and am always stunned at the great quality of service. Many people whom I speak to that do not pay for their dental treatment often complain they don’t get great service but I disagree and always recommend my dentist. 10/10. Also the dentist who has been seeing my children for years is very patient and kind. I will never change my dental practice. Thank you

For the first time I’ve found a dentist & hygienist that I’m not scared to return too! The receptionists are lovely and the option to have an annual plan has saved me money too! I can’t recommend this centre enough!

I have been coming to this practice for many years i have always found everyone really helpful, from the phone call to arrange appointment all the way through to leaving is always a pleasurable experience ,i dont like dental treatment.. who does!! but i have lost my nerves ,the place has a friendly close knit feeling about it and always bump into people in the waiting room that i know from the village and around . Well done Old Village for consistent good service xx

I’ve been with this practise for 30 odd years. I love the fact that the receptionists have been there as long as me i’m a little scared of the dentist so it’s nice to see some friendly familiar faces when I walk through the door. Nothing but, praise for my dentist Mark who is always considerate of my slight fear. My only issue is how long it takes to get an appointment but, I guess that goes to show how popular you are.

Great service started from the quick response and warm welcoming receptionists and Dr Venetia took care your teeth like tooth fairy, make you smile and happy :D Thank you so much for taking good care of my teeth!

Dr Jose Sebastian is outstanding and caring. I highly recommend visiting him. I suffer from dentophobia, but with Dr Sebastian and I feel very calm. Cannot recommend this practice enough, the team is absolutely excellent and really do put the patient at the heart of their work. Thank all for looking after me and my family. See you in 6 months!

Covid safety was very good

I have visited the Portslade dental surgery twice in the last couple of months, once for a check up and once to see the hygienist. On both occasions the treatment received and the the precautions taken against Covid transmission were exemplary. As I have stated on previous positive feed back submissions for this practice,...... they make a visit to the dentist an almost enjoyable occasion. Thank you

Just wanted to say thank you for assisting my Son Lewis earlier today. Since COVID he had experienced some bad news and combined with this seems to have a bad infection. You Guys and Girls made a real difference today and helped my Son in many ways to get better. Thank you so much for your humanity and kindness. God Bless You all !
