Super friendly and helpful, a pleasure to deal with.
Really friendly, honest and helpful. An thrilled with my car which has a 1 year unlimited warranty. I paid a lot less for my car compared to many dealers, keep in mind that car shipping can be delayed, this is beyond the control of Sussex Car Centre. Mine was due to "land" in August, I got it in October, so do be prepared for the delay. Still well worth the wait!
Just bought a 2006 Toyota Alphard off Alex and Claire. Really great experience and we are delighted with the car. Honest and reliable.
Absolute pleasure doing business with Alex and Claire of Sussex Car Centre. I part exchanged my 21 year old Mazda Bongo for a 2007 Toyota Voxy. Was offered a fair price for the Bongo which drives superbly but needed some TLC on the trim and bodywork. The Toyota Voxy was reasonably priced, in excellent condition, has a superb engine and is a joy to drive. Alex goes above and beyond, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from him.
Had my 2006 Alphard MZ for about 6 weeks now, it has been a dream to date, totally faultless. It was very competitively priced given it had low mileage. On the day it arrived in pristine condition with not even a tiny scratch to be found, meanwhile, it was graded 4B so I had expected at least one imperfection given the auction sheet had identified several 'marks'. Overall very pleased and would recommend. Alex is an honest bloke, almost to a fault, don't expect any hard selling or mind games from him. His YouTube channel will give you a flavour of what he is like. The low prices might suggest you to think something is not quite right, however before purchase, using the VIN, I independently verified the auction sheet and mileage via carvx.com for £25 which confirmed a legit operation. Ultimately, this is a simple no frills business, Alex keeps overheads low (got the impression staff are paid per car prepped) and hence he can sell at a low profit margin despite offering more than other suppliers e.g. underseal, radio and cam belt. Meanwhile, the Alphards, Estima's etc just keep on coming, his turnover is impressive. If you are after value this is the place for you, whilst this is not the place if you are after any conversion work to be done.
