Terrible experience while shopping there, walked in while shopping and the security guard started following from a distance for no given reason. after confronting him about it he says "I have the right to follow people if they're suspicious" after asking him what suspicion do you have? He didnt answer and then continued on to say "if you don't like it, then i suggest you leave" what is good about this? i wanted to buy some new clothes for myself. not be treated like a criminal while shopping... Not just this i have heard off other people that the same security guard had done similar things to them. Terrible experience there.

Went instore to collect, although busy at the tills we were kept acknowledged, i then had to return 1 item of 2 and i think alex was the guy that served me, very polite and offered me a carrier bag for my goods,refund process a pleasure, after visiting the store and seeing a hpody, we went home and bought online as the store didnt have the size

Called in superdry in the arndale centre looking for a jacket which I had seen online, Could not find it anywhere in the store, a very nice young man who works for superdry went out of his way to find the jacket I wanted (we found out his name was John) Thank you for being so helpful not many people would go out of their way to help us like you did .He's a credit to your company

This store is massive! Way bigger than it looks on the outside.
