Pharmacy a complete shambles! Ordered a repeat prescription from my doctor to be collected from Superdrug, left it 5 days before going to collect it on a Saturday morning but they had no pharmacist to be able to hand it out. Left it another 5 days and they still had not prepared the prescription of 3 packets of one item. This time they claimed they were short staffed, but there were 4 staff members including pharmacists behind the counter. How can it take 9 working days to not prepare a simple prescription! Get a grip Superdrug.
