Large health & beauty store that stocks self selection cosmetics, skin care, personal care products for hair & body, electrical personal care devices such as hair dryers, epilators, straighteners as well as some contemporary fragrances. Unfortunately, the customer service varies from good to poor depending on the day. On this occasion, I was approached by a lovely lady who was very knowledgeable & gave a perhaps better substitute to a very recently discontinued product that I enquired about.
