Well organized. Staff is very helpful and the chemist has most of the medicines needed, plus they can arrange and keep it ready for us to collect.

Large health & beauty store that stocks self selection cosmetics, skin care, personal care products for hair & body, electrical personal care devices such as hair dryers, epilators, straighteners as well as some contemporary fragrances. Unfortunately, the customer service varies from good to poor depending on the day. On this occasion, I was approached by a lovely lady who was very knowledgeable & gave a perhaps better substitute to a very recently discontinued product that I enquired about.

I visited the store around 16:00 to do my eyebrows and purchased some items. I waited almost 40 minutes to do my eyebrows, not great experience at all.My eyebrows overall felt like nothing was done to them.... what more can I say 🤔 just a terrible experience.

Love superdrug, always have low prices and excellent offers. This is my go to place for all my beauty stuff and pharmacy products too.
