Just been instore for tattoo goo or tattoo balm because it says they sell it in store i went in unable to find myself so i asked a lady if they sell it she then goes i dont even know what that is and turned away from me! so i tried to explain she cut me off! and said we dont sell whatever it is your look for im busy. Absolutly apawled i work in customer service myself never have i ever had such horrible customer service disgracful

Shocking! Waiting for 3 staff on perfume counter to finish a conversation complaining about another college, completely ignored us and served the people behind us. We walked out complaining how rude they were. As we left they started to slag my wife and I off not knowing my daughter was still in the store awaiting service. She put her stuff down and left. Will never visit that store again. Rude stuck up staff! We took our custom to Boots instead. Lovely staff in Boots couldn't do enough for us at the perfume counter.

Great selection, friendly staff, great variety

Went to pick up my prescription during lunch break and the woman at the Pharmacy counter told me she couldn't serve me because she's not qualified and that the Pharmacist is on lunch break. Rude staff and Pharmacy always seems so disorganised and they never give you the initial advice when you get your medicines. Never picking up my prescriptions from here again.

Just your standard average sized superdrug to be honest never had a problem in here

I went in for vegan cosmetics and the staff were great. I bought primer, an eyebrow palette and 2 nail varnishes. All vegan and cruelty free.

Has been very handy through lockdown.
