I dont appreciate being treated like a common thief. If I was going to steal it wouldnt be a bottle of Irn Bru and I wouldn't of had it right out in the open of my bag for the cashier to see while I paid for my batteries. Her exact words, "That's not our Irn Bru is it?" If it was something I was purchasing then it would of been on the counter with the batteries. Absolutely rude and embarrassing.

I specifically didn't bother to go to another pharmacist because it was advertised that there was one in the airport. I arrive to find that it's been closed for a month. However, they are still advertising it online as open for business. Stupid doesn't go far enough.

I wandered in to the store in search of a new mascara - having failed on many attempts to get a good one I was once again in the dark as to what is good, bad and ugly. To my delight there was the - I mean the most helpful lady working on the makeup section I have come across. As makeup isn't really my thing I usually stay well clear of such people but this lady was just delightful and very down to earth. Asking if I'm ok (she had probably clocked my poor choice of mascara and felt she must intervene) in a very subtle and unintrusive way I said "no" and she steered me on the right path to mascara success! I also went away with a new foundation and concealer! As it was national women's day I couldn't help but mention what a fabulous woman this lady was. It really is the small things in life that restore faith in humans and make your day. Thank you to that lady - I hope your efforts are recognised! Big love x

Okay promotions, however noticed both items on the 2-for-1 discount went through at full price. Returned to store and was refunded the difference with an explanation that it was 'a problem with the system' on a few promotions and many customers had complained before. So, customers are being ripped off and the tills are to blame for everything?. Okay, got it.

Can't thank the pharmacy staff enough. Karen, shrivan, Elaine. They went above and beyond to help me get my prescription after mix up with my local surgery and chemist. These lady's need recognition. Well done and thanx so much for helping me.

Had the most delightful lady help me choose a new foundation. She was full of fun and personality. Unfortunately, I did not get her name but she had long, blond hair and I came away with extra products because she was so knowledgeable. Thank you!👍

Tried to peek at the range of lighterlife products which for some reason are placed opposite the last 2 self-checkout tills that’s impossible to access if browsing and easily missed completely - and a staff member starts shouting at me! I mean who even shouts at a potential customer and thinks that is ok !? What’s wrong with politely asking if he can help me? Why did he have to come charging towards me and shouting? Terrible terrible service.

Moved into a bigger space since I last visited so now has a really good range of toiletries and make up. Also good selection on food for a sandwich/drink/snack meal deal. Has a pharmacy counter too. Straight in front of you after you come in from Duty Free.

Worst ever, 10mins ago I was trying to ask the male assistant if they have hand cleansing gel, I said excuse me, may I ask if you have, he stopped me from that and said to me , no, no, nothing. I said , you don’t even know what I’m asking! Then I left, worst experience ever, and I don’t know if it is because my Asian face?
