Good stuff inside. Big place. Nice staff

I do still shop here because of prices and convenience but twice I've had poor customer service from here. Staff were having a conversation and didn't bother greeting me or stop the conversation while serving me. Then another time a staff member talked down to me and said she couldn't get another make-up tester out because they don't use that certain product as testers, despite there being many others out. She then left me and didn't offer alternatives so effectively lost a sale

Good selection of products, but many are often out of stock and it's about 75/25 for if a staff member will be very helpful and lovely or rudely brush you off.

I prefer this shop to others the staff are always helpful and it's easy to find stuff also there is a pharmacy this is superdrug in Westgate Street bath it's worth a visit
