I went to get a relaxing massage here and specifically said I didn’t want a massage where I am In pain, I wanted a relaxing one. I ended up going in and getting the roughest and most uncomfortable experience I have ever had. Prior to this I told the staff twice I want it relaxing and I don’t want to be in pain. They ignored that! I had to tell the staff that was working on me to not go so hard 4 times! But he only would go softer for a little bit then go hard right after. He was digging his elbows into my ribs and even my armpits which were extremely uncomfortable. This is really disappointing as I requested for a relaxing massage, my parter was in the spot next to me, asked for the relaxing one as well and she said it was beautiful and she could have fallen asleep. I am very disappointed here!
