Sunee Thai Spa Thai Massage liverpool

The reveiws looked promising so I booked an appointment for 2 with the spa for Sunday 12pm as a birthday present for my friend. When we got there, a lady with glasses about 5'5ft tall and in her 40s or 50s answered the door. We told her about our appointment but without even going back to check the records, she says to us that she is unaware of our appointment and that was it. We weren't even offered a session or anything, so we had no choice but to leave. This was such a disappointment and I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I'm definitely never going back to the place.

Paid for 30 minutes , it was definitely not 30 minutes, know for a fact . Shouldn’t have to personally time massages but thanks to this woman I will be from now on.

Staff very good friendly and so experienced massages am feel lighter after the Massages

Absolutely unprofessional. Waste of time

Rude , would not use card machine only wanted cash even when I mentioned that during COVID timeS we should use card , she still insisted on cash , wanted payment before treatment. There are better places to have a good massage in Liverpool .
