Been going to this salon for 3 years loved the girls, chatting and good catch up was brilliant. Most have left. Owner not very nice to girls in front of customers but as they left owner there more. He’s unprofessional and tries to force his religious values on others at times although he should look at his behavior before barking at the girls all the time. Won’t be going back anymore!

So i went in 10 mins early and I waited for around 25-30 mins which i did not mind until they were leaving me sat for ages between steps i was in their i think about 3 hours for the appointment they said would take 1 which ruined my plans after The nail’s themselves were awful they started chipping from day 1 and i got them done the 30th December they did not feel high quality and so i was very careful and today 4th jan one has just snapped off !!! They commented while i was in their how my last set were bad i had gotten done from another place well at least they lasted 3 weeks compared to 5 days the person doing my gel was very very clearly not qualified what so ever and the gel was on my cuticles and on other nails the sides were not painted and even when she asked for help she wasn’t doing it right

Got my nails done for Xmas. Arrived at 11.10 which was 10mins late but had tried to call with no answer so messaged the beauty therapist to pass on the messaged.. asked if they could do the design I wanted which they said yes. Long story short was there 3 hours did not get the design I wanted and one of my nails have snapped and it has been 6days. Not happy at all.
