If you are after a 12 minute holiday this place is great, good deals on minutes (£10 for 50)the beds do the job as everyone thinks I came of holiday and the staff are friendly and will help you in any way they can. I had only been in twice and they knew my name and my oreffered bed without asking.,which I think is very good customer service
