4/ 5

Good place for comfortable shoes or various kinds, always get my work shoes from here. Staff friendly and helpful to meet your needs/wants. Lots of different brands throughout from work to formal or casual shoes. Price would be the only thing that may be a bit much here, but for the quality worth it.

Staff lacking in empathy, customer service skills. would rather walk to Perth barefoot on broken glass then step back into the Toowoomba store. Edit: for the record, we are continuing to deal with the supplier.... The issue of the staff being so dismissive and rude. Is another story. The 2 people in store when we dropped of the shoes where so inconvenienced to have their social life interrupted. We where the ony people in store yet had to ask for help. We where given time frames from the staff on that day, we had to follow up.... no action had been taken at the store level. Yes you did offer a discount, doesn't correct the comments made by staff about us as we walked out.
