Summertown Dental and Implants oxford

I have been a patient at Summertown Dental for many years and I continue to be happy with the professional and friendly service they provide. I have had several implant surgeries with Dr Dhami and have always experienced a professional and friendly approach during the course of each treatment. Each procedure has been explained and discussed in details which made me feel confident in proceeding with my treatments. I would recommend implants to anyone.

The staff are very friendly and professional, and have been very helpful fitting me in for an appointment even when it's been very busy. I'm quite nervous when I go to the dentists, but everyone is very considerate, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. I've also been very happy with the work that's been done, both cosmetic and practical.

Summertown Dental are everything that you would want from a Dentist, friendly, helpful, caring and professional. All dental I have had done is completed to a very high standard and I would recommend the practice to anyone for a really good dentist.

Many thanks to Dr Dhami for his clear explanation of the bridgework and implants needed, the skill and care with which he accomplished the work, (and for sticking to his original estimate, despite one or two expected items appearing on the way)! A pleasure to work with such a professional.

The staffs are friendly with excellent service. Registered here when I was pregnant and they gave me the best care during my pregnancy (had problem with bleeding gum and sensitive teeth), even though I had maternity exemption they didn't delay any treatment. The only drawback is the entrance door is not disabled friendly, it has two doors with steps, so you might need help if you use mobility scooter or bring a baby pushchair. Other than that, my dentist is just amazing!

Avoid this dentist at all costs, unless you're wanting to be scammed out of your money. I had Invisalign treatment 2 years ago, only to begin to receive emails and letters earlier this year stating that I still owed £200. After numerous emails trying to get to the bottom of this - with many not responded to - I finally received a breakdown of where I supposedly owed this sum of money. I forwarded my original treatment plan on to the practice which in fact confirmed I had pain in full when treatment was completed. The response to this was 'good job you kept your treatment plan'. I have no doubt they would have happily taken my money for themselves if I didn't have this proof. What a lovely way to treat your clients!

Turned up for an NHS checkup appointment which had been cancelled by them without notification. Sadly this isn't the first time this has happened which is a shame as I really like the hygienist

I highly recommend Summertown Dental and Implants as all staff were very professional, caring and friendly providing my mother's multiple dental implants, crowns and restoration treatment. Dr. Dhami initially provided detailed consultations of the treatment process, timelines and costs. The costs were definitely of value. Dr. Dhami clearly demonstrates his exceptional experience, capability and knowledge in this field of treatment. My mother was treated only by Dr. Dhami and his colleague Alix throughout the whole process, which was very reassuring and trusting to my mother. Anna accommodated our diaries due to work and travel commitments. The dental impacts results are of very high quality and of natural appearance with existing teeth. My mother has expressed on numerous occasions, she is extremely pleased with the treatment as it has significantly improved her health. My father and I also had treatment from Dr. Dhami. Best dental practice we have ever experienced.
