possibly one of the worst post office experiences ever, staff are rude, belligerent and seem to hate their jobs. They are unhelpful, do not understand the needs of business customers and refuse to listen. I took in a few parcels with pre-printed labels which stated they needed to be posted by the 21st, I was told that I could not post them as they needed to be posted by 21st...it was the 20th. When they realised what they had just said they came up with some bull about the royal mail sending out a memo regarding errors in the system. I would suggest going to Tescos post office if you can, the staff are wonderful and almost always have a smile for you.

Almost all of them are really friendly apart from Michelle, she is extremely rude and racist woman with no manners at all, she also keep staring all people of colour in Asda as if she hates the people of colour or they are some sort of thieves.Post office needs to get rid of her.
