A wonderful little spa and very well located for me; I've been going for over a year now for either facials or massage depending on what I need and it's a comfortable spa to go to as a guy. All treatments highly recommended; as another review notes some of the technicians may not speak fluent English but I've never had any communication issues, especially with bookings. I also appreciate that they have very good COVID-19 safety protocols; you can relax knowing that the staff take so much care around the health of their guests. Their hours are very convenient, being able to get a treatment after work is great. Thanks for always keeping me going, Sui Spa!

CAUTION: This place may be good for massage, but it is no beauty spa!! What a mind-boggling experience! The "beautician" had no beauty qualifications and could speak almost no English. To let me know I needed to lift my head in a body exfoliation treatment, I was repeatedly dug in the neck! Apparently, according to the man who runs the desk, the owner has received training in the use of Water Lily products, but the "beautician" I had has not. This place charges top dollar for extremely well-detailed beauty treatments by staff without beauty knowledge or training. I booked in for a full body exfoliation and facial, and left before the facial- fancy charging $129 for a facial with someone who cannot speak English, has no training in skincare, and would only know what products to use and when, if they were placed in the right order. She certainly couldn't read the labels and she certainly couldn't discuss my skincare needs. This place is a rort; didn't know such places existed. I have contacted Water Lily Skincare to ascertain whether they are aware of the practices of Sui Spa Canberra.
