customer service was so bad. middle aged man with a dull irritated face and doesnt even listen. i asked em to toast the veggie too and he declined saying it will smell bad. better screening required.

good place s for different kinds of sandwiches unless u are in the southall subway branch the staff don't care about what there customers wont orders are always made wrong and when u tell the staff they just do t care far as I am concerned the shop should be shut down so the southall branch gets a zero star

They will run out of stock of some variety of breads when you visit in the evening. We have to choose what they had left. Evening 5 'o' clock is not that much late I hope.

All halal food sold here... And taste was yummy... highly recommend this.

Good subs available and cleanly prepared too. Good staff as well.

The subway staff was asking as whether the store is participating in the subway " 12 treat of December" . We had to show him online the store details. Then he didn't know how to add the offer in the system and call for his colleague to add the offer. Once the offer was added he was not increasing the quantity of the sub from 1 to 2. He was pretending that he can give only 1 sub under the offer and he don't know how to add 2 sub. Not sure why subway advertise offers when their store doesn't want to participate in the offer. Subway is just wasting every ones time.

Google should add negative stars options to be given to such special places.. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Me: Your store is listed is participating store list. Staff: No we are not, please show me. *Showed him the list* Staff: We are not I don't know why this is showing. Calls other staff may be manager of the store. He agrees to give one like it's a favour or pity or something on us. Me: I want to order 2 subs please. Staff: We can only take order for 1. Me: why? Staff: The system doesn't allow us. Check and order 2 from the system yourself if you can. I informed him that there is no such limitation. Staff: It's our decision we won't take order for more than 1. P.S. - The store was empty and we don't think they were working on any bulk order as well as they were sitting and chatting when we entered.

Food was made quickly and very fresh. Also serves Halal

I ordered a chicken salad with pretty much all the salad and chicken Caesar sauce with cheese along with a 6” meatball marinara sandwich with salad. through just eat, when the food came the chicken salad was missing half of the salad and half on the addition that was to be added, the sauce was wrong tasted like garlic Mayo it was truly horrible I throw the whole salad away , the meatball sandwich bread was so hard, no cheese the whole sandwich was cover in requested sauce, i ate the 3 meatball and through the rest away, I always get my subway from Brentford subway they are really good there and it was my first time ordering from the Southall one-since I live in Southall, I have to say with all conviction I will never order from Southall subway again, they clearly can not follow order and the food isn’t fresh, such a shame I was really looking forward to have my chicken salad

It just can't compete with others in the area like Greggs and Wenzels.
