Came in for a couple of subs first of all no garlic butter so could have what I wanted, then no BBq sauce then one of subs were smaller than the other ( questioned it when girl cut the bread as definitely not half) the manager argued that it was 6 inch to the point he was going to go get their measure The subs had been left standing for a while when coming out of the oven before asking if we wanted salad etc Bad attitude towards us even after spending £10 on their subs Definitely won't use again Staff need lessons in customer service shame I can't give a minus star

I ordered a kid's pack and got the end of a sandwich and only 4 pieces of sweet corn.

Staff very polite,but no bread ready ( 2nd time this week) will try again later this week!

Food good Service was not the best and lady on till had no interest and ess more concerned about chatting to her co worker.

I'm pretty sure that wearing the same pair of 'Hygenic' gloves while separating a slimey pile of sliced Ham, followed by handling my sandwich, opening and closing the oven door, rummaging through the salad containers, using the knife and operating the till before going back to the meat is asking for an outbreak of food poisoning. Absolutely disgusting. Will not be going back.

Went to order a ham sandwich and salad bowl to eat in. At the end of finishing my salad bowl was told there were no more folks for my salad so had to get a refund. Staff seem as though they can't be bothered and need some training in customer service. There were flies sitting on the food and when I pointed this out the staff just giggle and sarcastically said 'sorry'. Really gone down hill

Polite & friendly staff. Lovely fresh food as would be expected.

I was second in the queue to order just a quick coffee, the lady serving seemed not bothered to serve me and carried on serving sandwiches to people behind me. A simple press of the button to the coffee machine and a smile would have helped me be patient. I walked out. Won't be going to that subway anymore. The franchise is a hit or miss pending on level of staff training. This one needs more
