Been refused at least 5 times for no apparent reason on Saturdays and during the fringe. During the week the bouncers are fine, but on the weekends they don’t tell you why you aren’t allowed in. They just say “try somewhere else tonight mate” I have went to subway when I was sober and been refused entry by myself and in a small group. Won’t be back

Never met anyone so rude. The bald bouncer, he said he was called Peter, turned away my partner and was adamant that he was not going to tell us why. We politely asked why he was not allowed in and kept getting told to 'go away' and another bouncer said that if we didn't go away, they would get us banned from all the other clubs. Spoke to other clubs and they said that this club was known for being disrespectful. Will never ever ever ever try to go here again.

Awkward and very rude bouncers. Especially wee Connor boy. Not displaying their SIA badges most of the time. Also there's been a funny clown looking bouncer shouting that he owns the place. Back in the days it used to be my favourite club, probably 7-8 years ago. They also play completely different music from what they're advertising.

really good vibes and amazing staff but the bouncers make a big deal out of nothing and are rude to customers. telling us off for something we didn’t do and being nasty about it when they could just ask us. didn’t explain the new rules to us just had an attitude from the start. lovely drinks tho and a great atmosphere. everyone else lovely, bouncers just trying to be big men about nothing

Lovely place, lovely staff, bouncers really ruin it! Not nice to customers who are just trying to have a nice night and not making a good rep for themselves. Had the loveliest waitress but the bouncers were shouting and moaning about nothing! A friend of mine is exempt - with an exemption card- and still threatened to kick him out! Not sure if we will be back. Bouncers clearly make this job their whole lives.

I turned up at the door and the bouncer explained the rules and stated that I had to wear a face mask to walk to 5 metres to my table in an outdoor venue despite me stating 3 times that I am exempt. He then suggested that I wear my friends face mask, which would severely increase the risk of covid transmission. Not all exemptions are visible, I think this is disgraceful, would not recommend
