Subway brighton

Very nice women working there today and last night. I am particularly grateful to the one who kindly kept my lost phone safe when I left it there today. Also made me a very nice wrap! Thank you.

The girl was rude as much as she could. Looked like my presence was disturbing to her. I know you are usually understaff and the pay is horrendous, so maybe that's why she was like that. Be sure I won't go back.

I went here today at approximately 11:35am and there was a young lady working there. She was so rude. She did not even acknowledge that I was there as a customer and when I ask her if there were any onions she gave me attitude and said “what you see is what you get” and then I asked for each 6 inch to be wrapped separately and she threw her hands in the air and then murmured something under her breath. Worst service I ever experienced, she should not be working there. I will gladly walk further to a different Subway to avoid her making my sandwich again.

Came in quickly after college for a sandwich and I gave my order the man working put the wrong sauce in my sandwich which I didn’t say. Didn’t apologise or make another sandwich which I asked for because I really didn’t like the sauce he put in. Told me to pay for it full price which I think is way out of order. The only reason I did was because I was hungry.

Subway is great when deals are on but the amount of filling you get in a sub nowadays is no where near worth the price.

Ordered vegetarian subs, after eating a bit realised it was meat. This mistake happens all too often, and is never taken seriously. I feel sick.

Today is 15/09/2020. I turned up there at 20:22. They were Shut 45 minutes early. So i leave the appropriate review.

The only Halal Subway in Brighton.

Nice serving, very friendly staff. Unfortunately only open for take away
