The women that work there have attitude, they don't know how give a consultation, they bring one person to another to give consultation as one doesn't know so asks another. But the worst thing is they have attitude, stare at you, they don't even welcome you when you enter in salon and this is soo unprofessional. Fix your professional attitude and customer service skills otherwise you'll all be out of your jobs soon!!! And stop giving every woman the bloody same hair colour.

I dont go often for self care and haircuts. Went after a very long time, hairdresser was very polite, they were busy so moved a bit fast but thats understandable, gave a very nice haircut, appreciated that i was going through a tough time and gave some encouraging words, i think her name was sofi, jazakillah khayr. Will definitely return, and more often👍

I came to Birmingham I went for wash cut & bdry The haircut was very bad I ask for layers & she did very bad job at it. She didn’t blend the layers with the rest of my hair and it looks mismatched. Then she “blow dried” my hair. I wanted a curly and bouncy one and she said she didn’t know how to do it. She made my hair all so puffy and rubbish. She insisted I used a straighter for my roots because she couldn’t do the blow dry properly hahah what a joke. Really don’t know why you sit at a salon when you don’t know anything. Really wasn’t worth the money.

The ladies at the reception isnt clear on how they take their money upfront, absolutely appaling spent soo much for a haircut that doesnt even look nearly how i expected. So unprofessional as they only tell you near the end only. This business wouldn't surprise me if it did closed down. It doesnt worth a penny.

I highly recommend this salon!!! I used this salon for the first time a few weeks ago but just got around to leaving a review. The lady who done my hair was amazing, she took her time and the results exceeded my expectations. I walked away with beautiful ash grey tones and weeks later the colour still looks amazing. One happy customer who has waved her old salon goodbye and has welcomed Stunners into her life 😊 Thank you ladies xx
