5/ 5

Studio Viva is a lovely place to exercise. The surroundings are feminine, very clean and also very attractive, not the usual male dominated feel to it at all. The machines are easy to use and good instruction is given. The staff are really friendly and pleasant and available to help you at all times. There are many classes you can join in, some included in your membership package and some with outside instructors who charge a very reasonable fee for a course of lessons. I do like the flexibility of being able to just pop in for half an hour or so when it suits me. I also like the variety of ladies you meet in the gym, all sizes, shapes and abilities so anyone can feel at home and not intimidated. It is surprising how quickly you get into a routine of exercise and it has been very beneficial for me. I can't wait for it to open again so I can go back. I have missed it, although I have to say the team from Studio Viva have been so supportive during lock down. They have been running varied Zoom classes to keep us all moving and involved and as I live alone it has been lovely to have the social interaction with other ladies too.

I love love LOVE this gym! I was lucky enough to win a free months membership in a lockdown competition and despite being very nervous I bit the bullet and attended my induction in September and I am so glad that I did! Right from my very first session I was made to feel so welcome! Everyone is so friendly and you are put at ease straight away! Thanks to Zoom classes we are all able to keep going even during lockdown and the range of classes etc is fab! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
