No appointment needed but you can make one if your day is time sensitive. I've never waited longer than 10min but I try to get in before school comes out. The girls know most people by their first name. Costs me less than $20 for a cut but the experience is pleasant so I don't ask for change. The salon is bright and airy, in the main street and there's plenty of parking available.

I made a booking for my partner and said he wanted a female to do it the male said a female will be doing it but when he arrived the male said I'm doing it even though it was booked with a female. My partner come home with a horrible haircut the fringe wasn't cut properly and the back is very patchy. My partner is never coming back again and I don't think I will be either after the experience my partner had.

The hair stylist tried to figure out what I wanted, constantly checking if I was satisfied, and trying to make me feel comfortable. And she tried to explain slowly and clearly for me who can't use English fluently. Above all, the result is also very satisfying. I highly recommend this hair salon.
