A few weeks ago I emailed to ask for a consultation but never got a response. Phoned them to no avail. Called again two days later and this time someone called Nigel answered who was rude and uncooperative. My preference was for a remote consultation given the pandemic. I had several remote consultations that week with other accountants with no issues - yet this bloke insisted I come down to the branch "to ID me" and claimed "COVID is nearly over now and we've got all the windows open". Appallling customer service.
