Best customer service I have ever experienced in all the years of buying cars. Not once did I have to ring them to find out what was going on I was kept informed the whole time. Picked my car up today and again the service was excellent right down to the unveiling of the car that made my day that. Very happy BMW owner and can highly recommend BMW Leeds to anyone, I won't go anywhere else now and much better than their fellow group members mini!

Visiting here is always a pleasure - blown away by the standard of customer service, the transparency plus the prices for work such as a a brake fluid change or standard service. I've noticed the same at other BMW sites but this shouldn't take anything away from the standards here, which are exceptional. I also can't believe that some get away with posting 1 star reviews (for places such as this) - not only is it rather sad they should be banned from doing so as they're clearly not fit to leave a representative review

Fantastic customer service, nothing was too much trouble. The staff made me feel like a member of the family rather than a customer. I will certainly look to these guys again on my next purchase despite the 100 mile drive.

Bought my car from this dealership and had service/work carried out. Rachel Wood (service advisor) and Scott Ward (sales manager) have been very helpful throughout so look for them if you need anything from this dealership.

Bought nearly new BMW 5 series. On collection day, car was outside. I have been told that doors for the bay where they presenting cars are broken and they cannot use it. After I went home noticed that the boot has not been cleaned and the tyre pressure is low !! I was expecting a lot better service for Stratstone BMW.

Stratstone Mercedes Leeds was very easy to deal with. They offered me what I wanted for my car and the CLA was the price I was happy to pay. Thanks to Jack and Zara who dealt with the part exchange. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Sold a crash damaged car as 'approved BMW'. Have spent weeks with almost no response; issues not fixed and not even a call from management. Avoid. Don't even know how they are a franchise, had better dealings with ropey second hand car sales places. Edit: After getting through to the dealer, they resolved the issues satisfactory and bought the car back off me. I am happy with this outcome
