Strafford Service Centre brighton

This is my second time using Strafford for a van hire and it certainly won’t be my lasting. The service, experience & customer service is unrivalled in Sussex (and I speak from experience). Everything from the initial engagement with a lovely gentlemen named Fraser to when I dropped the van back was flawless and professional. I cannot wait to use their services again, 5 stars simply isn’t enough....

5☆ I did a 500 mile round trip to buy a lovely car as described. They offered to pick me up from the train station but i had already left anyway upon arrival I waited 5 mins while it was dried off after it raining and them only letting it been released with me happy with the car which I was. Very happy with my purchase. And the gentleman that dealt with me THANKYOU . Would highly recommend

Wow simply amazing. Frasier and his team are honestly something else... from our first phone call I knew this was the van hire for me. He made me feel like nothing was too big an ask. I would highly recommend Stratford service centre to anyone needing a van from a handsome man!

Very friendly and useful staff. Always answering all of my questions and willing to talk in the phone. I've been taking my car there for a few years now. Although they are not the cheapest garage around, it is definitely worth it. I'll be taking my van there soon too. Useful bunch of guys and not trying to mug you off. Very happy I found them. Location is good as it is pretty central but not too bad. Highly recommended.

Having passed my test a few years ago and purchased my first car this week, naturally I was very nervous and inexperienced in the world of cars. The salesman at Strafford Cars really made me feel at ease. They clearly explained how interest rates work with each option for finance which was really helpful. I’ve only had my new Fiat 500 for a few days but am getting on really well with it. I’ve had no problems with the car however it is a nice feeling knowing that there would be no problem if I was to return it for warranty work. Thanks again.
