Stowford sorted our fridge failing to run on gas on a brand new van (not from Stowford I hasten to add) for us within a couple of hours it was ready for us to collect. Staff were absolutely first class. Thank you.

Fantastic layout, all vehicles immaculate, staff Andrew and Andrew, well informed friendly and very patient, an excellent array of vehicles all unlocked for your perusal at your own leisure. Cannot reccomend them enough.

A lot to see, good wide range of motor/caravans

Poor part ex price, no prices on the vans they have on display and a pushy salesman that tried his best to sell us a van not suitable for our requirements.

Good family run and friendly business

Whilst our initial buying process was ok, although not overwhelming they seemed more interested in their xmas float then anything else, the after sales side is very poor. Told us new part needed for motormover (actually covered under warranty) for £130 but didn’t think to mention the brake away cable needed replacing Or the heating fluid needed changing, which we would of had done - until we were collecting it!

Cannot fault Stowford at all.Smooth process from start to finish.Salesman(Dav id) accounts staff and the handover guys absolutely brilliant!The van is sited now in Bridgewater and initially had an electrical fault meaning no water or lights,The mobile fitters came straight to us and resolved the issue in just a few minutes.They also helped us with demonstrating little features on the van we were unaware of.We offered them a tip just to get them some lunch and a drink but they very politely refused.All in all we would highly recommend Stowford Caravans and will definitely be back when time to upgrade.
