Review

Sells great equipment but customer service is exceptionally weak. Took my i-Mac for review and forwarding to Stormfront Service Centre after making an external hard drive data back-up. Service Centre found no hardware faults, reinstalled operating system and advised me not to reinstall data automatically from external hard drive. I was assured by Service Centre that Stormfront Salisbury would provide assistance and guidance. On collection of computer little help was forthcoming on grounds of the restrictions of GDPR. I left with basic and few guidance notes. Then the real problems started. My login password was no longer valid, I had not been advised this would be so. Nor was I notified that my Microsoft applications would be missing. Nor were the basic guidance notes sufficient to manually reinstall data from my external hard drive. I bought from a local retailer so that if I had any problems I could seek help, but such hope proved worthless. Writing to Stormfront HQ and this store failed to reply to written correspondence. Submitting a complaint Stormfront website simply led to being given a case number but no response. Lesson learned: deal only with Apple Store and its excellent on-line support service that solved my problems but it took many hours!

Review

Jessica and Adam the other day were very helpful and gave me great advice on their products. I have been a little out of the Apple loop for a while so they managed to point me to the products that are right for me! I’m now in the stage where I have a better idea of what I want and other accessories that I never knew existed! Looking forward to returning to store to complete my purchase very soon!

I’ve been trying to phone this store for a few weeks now as recommended by Apple. Couldn’t get through. I desperately need help and I think it’s disgusting that they can’t find time to answer the phone!

Review

Shambolic. Bought a new iPhone from this company less than two weeks ago, however from set up it has never connected to Wi-fi. I went in today to get this resolved as even the 4g seems extremely slow. They offer a warranty for a year after purchase, although as it was within two weeks of purchase I did not think that was even relevant. Thought they’d be able to toggle a setting and get it working. The chap looked at the phone and did a few tests and confirmed something was wrong with the phone however as there was a small scratch on the phone screen they refuse to do anything about it as it has “invalidated the warranty”. They said it was apple and not themselves who claim this and with slippery shoulders told me there was nothing they can do. So I’m left £500 out of pocket with a product that only does half of what it’s supposed to do. I will be speaking to apple directly to rectify the problem and will not shop with this franchise of apple again. I recommend buying all apple products direct through a full apple store or from their website.

Never been dismissed so badly by a member of staff. I bought a charger that has a 3 year warrantee. I bought it being told I wouldn’t need to have a receipt if It stopped working because everything is on the computer. So I go in and ask to get an exchange and the woman said not without a receipt and when I asked her to look on the computer so see that I purchased it. She said there was nothing she could do and suggested I left. They make it very clear that if you’re not a old rich person about to spend a lot of money. They’re not that willing to help you very much. Absolutely disgusting, there is no chance of me stepping foot in there again. Will be strongly advising people to stay away from this store
