I came into this shop a couple of days ago and bought my husband a watch for our anniversary. He was so happy and impressed as he had heard that Storm are a great brand and he couldn't fault the watch that I bought him. If anyone is thinking of buying a watch, I totally recommend this shop!

Manager is very rude and will most likely make you promises that he won’t keep. Bought a watch with the promise if I needed to return it I would be able to. However when trying to he denied all claims and refused it. Apparently the CCTV was off that day in the shop too. If you want to make a complaint they’ll send you to the actual storm headquarters who remind you that they are simply a franchise and that they won’t deal with it. Long story short, terrible service with even worse watches.

Seems a nice enough friendly store with a member of staff who takes interest in customers well.. Personally couldn't justify some prices of stock and after hearing staff member state how product viewing was previously reduced this spelt desperate sales and left politely

The WORST company and management in Brighton. Don’t be fooled, they aren’t part of the main Storm brand so Storm Head Office won’t help. FAKE SALE PRICES AND A LYING MANAGER. Avoid at all costs.

Customer Service was very good, had a clasp changed on my storm watch, just realised cheaper at Storm's service centre in London, even if you include the postage charges.
